How Long Will It Take to Receive My Lamp?
Most Carve Craftworks orders are processed within 5ā6 business days. After your order ships, standard delivery typically takes an additional 3ā5 business days.
In most cases, you can expect your lamp to arrive approximately 8ā11 business days after placing your order. Weekends, holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, and high-volume shopping periods may extend that timeframe.
Why Processing Takes Several Days
Our lamps are handcrafted by our small, family-run team rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf. Each order may involve preparing the design, engraving the acrylic, adding personalization, cleaning the finished panel, assembling the lamp, and inspecting the complete product before shipment.
We also test each LED base and inspect the acrylic for scratches, engraving issues, or other defects. If a product does not meet our quality standards, we remake it rather than send out something we would not be proud to receive ourselves.
Personalized Orders
Orders with custom engraving generally follow the same processing window, but complex personalization or corrections to customer-provided information may require additional time.
Please review all names, ranks, dates, call signs, units, and messages carefully before submitting your order. Personalization is created using the information entered during checkout.
Estimated Timeline
Order processing: Approximately 5ā6 business days
Standard shipping: Approximately 3ā5 business days after shipment
Estimated total: Approximately 8ā11 business days
Shipping estimates begin after your order has been completed and transferred to the carrier. They do not include the time required to handcraft and process your lamp.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take a short time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Need Your Lamp by a Certain Date?
If your order is for a retirement, birthday, promotion, memorial, holiday, or another time-sensitive occasion, please order as early as possible. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed once a package is in the carrierās possession.

Came in perfect. The acrylic is super clear and the base works as designed. It's been in my office for 3 hours and I have already had 5 people stop and check it out.
Looks great and works really well! The acrylic came in mostly unscathed and it's from the shipping process for sure and not the manufacturer. Only a small scuff at the bottom so not noticeable unless you're looking for it.
Couldn't resist sending this to our USAF son for his B'day! He was deployed many times in this Liberty plane and involved in its beginnings for USAF service, and was still on it as part of 4 man crew until it was recently retired, replaced by a new aircraft. The display and light are fantastic. I gave it as a retirement gift and it was truly amazing. The only problem was that I misspelled my friendās last name! My mistake, not the company. They shipped it and I received it in less than a week! But I am a little embarrassed about the name!

This is my second purchase from Carve Craftworks and I will absolutely purchase from them again! I bought this nightlight for my 2 year old daughter because it was her favorite (I let her look at all of them and she picked this one!). I wanted to have it personalized but didnāt see a personalization option on it. At checkout, I had the option to send the seller a message, so I requested they add her name. And they did!!! š I am so happy with this company! Carve Craftworks makes lovely high quality products, has great customer service and fast shipping! I highly recommend them!
I received the cat in excellent condition. I was blown away by the detail of the cat. Incredible!! I bought the cat with the remote and I love all the different colors and features the remote provides. Well worth the price. All in all this is an awesome work of art. I am going to order two more for my daughters birthdays.
