Each lamp is made to order. Most orders are prepared within 5–6 business days, followed by approximately 3–5 business days in transit.
We offer $7 flat-rate shipping within the United States. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Personalized orders may require additional production time during holidays or periods of high demand.
Eligible non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
LED lamp bases include a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, accidental damage, and damage caused by improper use are not covered.
