The RGB IR remote offers up 16 colors and 5 different lighting sequence options. The sequence options are: Smooth, Fade, Strobe, Flash, or Static. Simply choose a color for static display or select from 4 of the sequencing options to go through all colors.
The RGB offers more colors and sequencing options than just the standard base and is great for turning the lamp on and off from distance.
