Carve Craftworks offers this low cost insurance plan in case of any accidental breakage of your lamps or other purchased items. This includes the remote, base, or acrylic plate. Please see disclaimer for covered accidentals and the proof required to use the insurance.
If you break any part of your lamp i.e. base, acrylic plate, remote, or USB cable, and you have purchased this insurance. You can send us an email to support@carvecraftworks.com with photo proof of the damaged device. Carve Craftworks will replace and ship the item at no cost to you. The damage protection plan is good for one year from purchase date.
